Family-Owned Business

In 2020 Kyle and Lilly met and bonded over their fascination with mushrooms, what started as a hobby quickly became a full-time endeavor. in April of 2022 after the birth of their daughter they both decided to dedicate all of their efforts in to bringing gourmet mushrooms to the Sacramento valley and surrounding foothill communities. Forest Floor Farming's mushrooms can now be found at four year-round farmers markets in Sacramento and many restaurants in the heart and surrounding area.

ALL NATURAL NON GMO 

At Forest floor Farming we use all natural, non gmo inputs. Our mushrooms are grown on Oak sawdust and non gmo soy hulls. Our growing facility is indoors in a humidity and temperature-controlled environment surrounded by a dense cedar grove forest.
